However, although Ivanhoe Rep is formally an accredited Police Station Representative, the service they fulfil should be read wider than that connected directly to the accreditation, and the formal title of accredited Police Station Representative. Consequently, service should also be read as that which is more widely connected to police station representation, yet, not directly connected to the accreditation per se or its scope, which could be undertaken by a caseworker, legal secretary, or paralegal. Additionally, service should be read to include the wide-ranging tasks, which are not exclusive to the police station per se, which could be undertaken by a caseworker, legal secretary, paralegal, or police station representative at a law firm. Moreover, service should also be read wider again to include tasks, which although not exclusive to law, are those still in assistance of a law firm, such as, but not limited to, general administration, business support, or marketing. Yet, in spite of the breadth of meaning of service fulfilled by Ivanhoe Rep, this service is limited in its remit. Particularly, service is not to be read as including the services exclusive to a protected title, such as solicitor or barrister, or reserved activities, such as a right of audience or the conduct of litigation.

Meaning that, Ivanhoe Rep is not working independently of a law firm but as part of it. Additionally, Ivanhoe Rep incorporates both the platform alongside the service.

7. Any mention of: legal action, liability, responsibility, redress, proceedings, or warranty should be read alongside their synonyms or associated words and as synonyms themselves. They should also be read in connection with their ancillary, associated, direct or indirect instruments or procedures, for example, court or litigation.
